I do apologize if you are having issues with your Windows 10 Machine and I am here to help you in regards of your Display Issues. I just wanted to know if the issue started after the recent Microsoft Update or not? One factor as well is maybe you are accidentally touching your touch-pad gesture for pinch and zoom and to disable that you need to follow these steps. Please let me know if the above steps was able to resolve the problem or not and i will get back to you as soon as I can.

  In Windows 7 the magnifier will only fully work with Full Screen mode and Lens mode if the "Aero" theme is applied, if other themes are used the View options "Full screen" and "Lens" cannot be accessed and Magnifier will only work in docked mode. For a full list of Magnifier keyboard shortcuts, see Windows keyboard shortcuts for accessibility. Therefore, the 'Misclick-preventing Pad' accessible under 'Tool' menu is turned on by default to minimize such effect. There may be even more programs that I'm not awere of that AeroZoom causes similar issues. Change how mouse pointer and text cursor work with Magnifier.
